The THERMINIC exhibition will take place at the Jolly Hotel.

Exhibition Opening Hours

Wednesday, September 24th: 10.00 - 18.00
Thursday, September 25th: 9.00 - 18.00
Friday, September 26th: 9.00 - 16.00

Exhibitors who have booked before the programme printing (end June) will enjoy their company logo/description printed (4th cover page), and they will be allocated a slot of time in a vendors session, printed in the programme as well. A dissemination of several thousands of the programme booklets is expected beginning of end of June. If you plan to exhibit, please contact the General Chair.

Description:
- Tabletop = (only 1 table-dimensions in centimeters 183 x 42)
- Space 6sqm (for a portable marketing stand)

- Documents* in THERMINIC bags (received at CMP <8 September)

The price of either tabletop or space for a portable marketing stand includes:
Slot of time during the vendor talks session to take place as a plenary session of the Workshop, if the tabletop or the space is booked and paid before 31 August 2008. The list of participants, flag-type sign with exhibitor’s name, Furniture: 2 chairs
*Conditions to include documents in THERMINIC 2008 bags:
Reception of documents before 8 September 2008 at CMP, 46 Ave F. Viallet, 38031 Grenoble, France.
Documents: limited to a small pocket containing maximum 10 A4 flyers or it equivalent in weight and volume (CMP will refuse any documentation delivered in pieces).
