Technical program

The programme includes a keynote on WATER-COOLED 3D MPSCOCS DESIGN FOR ENERGY-EFFICIENT DATACENTER SERVERS by David Atienza Alonzo, an invited talk on the NANOPACK project by Afshin Ziaei, a special session organized by the European Research Group on the Nanoscale/Thermal (slides available), led by Sebastian Volz, a special session on the THERMINATOR project (see the paragraphs below), 34 oral in 6 sessions, oral contributions consist of 15 min. presentations followed by 5 min. discussion, 22 poster presentations, all posters will be introduced by one slide in 3 minutes each in 2 plenary sessions (part I and part II) and a vendor session.

THERMINATOR SPECIAL SESSION
Today knowing the interaction of the electrical and thermal system performances is the key to make a competitive design.
This session presents the THERMINATOR EU Fr7 project and its results achieved so far in treating various aspects of this interaction. The results of the THERMINATOR projects are presented together with papers from other authors in the same subject.
