The pre-equipped stand includes:

Structure: wall panel velvet with aluminum frame
Panels' proportions: width: 100cm - height: 200cm
Sign board: maximum 18 characters
Floor: carpeting
Kit: 1 KWatt per stand + two 100 W spotlight
Furniture: 1 table + 2 chairs
General cleaning of the stand
General guard and protection service

Booking of each 6 sqm stand will give one free registration at the Workshop, including the welcome reception on Sunday 27 September, the lunches on Monday 28 September and on Tuesday 29 September and the banquet on 28 September.
Other exhibitors will be invited to the welcome reception on Sunday 27 September. They will have to settle separately the lunches and the banquet, if they wish to participate.
Booking of each 6 sqm stand will give one slot of time during the vendors session to take place in the framework of the Workshop. The number of stands is limited. They will be offered on a first signed first served basis.

Payment conditions: 30% at the reservation 70% after the Workshop, upon reception of an invoice.
The 30% payment will confirm the definitive reservation.
